20091217 1831 FCPO EOD Daily Chart Study.

Up 34 points to closed at 2620 with lower volume transacted, FCPO ended today firmer at above upper Bollinger band with the band width started to expand = bullish, uptrend market still intact after nearly a week of correction. MACD Histrogram continue to improve = buyer activities dominate the market today. With the 2606 resistant level broken, the next immediate target/resistant should rest a 2651 level. Despite this bullish chart formation, trader will need to monitor closly the development of China Dalian palm oil market, soy oil, crude oil and also US dollar movement.

20091217 1818 FKLI EOD Daily Chart Study.

Wow ! FKLI reacted to my yesterday jokes mentioning that its half life near death(hahaha yet another jokes) ! Traded at a 13.5 points range market (haven't seen this for a while), market closed down 7 points at 1260 with improved volume probably due to trader trying to avoid risk holding position over the long weekend. Today's daily doji bar candle closed below the middle Bollinger band = market turned into bearish mode. The Bollinger band width still turn inward slightly = market can still move side way. MACD Histrogram stay nearly unchanged = buyer and seller ended with draw game. Expecting a side way market with downside biased should the Bollinger band start to turn outward in the near term with immediate support at 1251.5 ~ 1250 level.
When to buy : buy at support or weakness with quick cut loss and profit target.
When to sell : sell at resistant or strength with quick cut loss and profit target.

20091217 1457 FKLI Mid Day Hourly Chart Study.

At last looked, FKLI trading down 3.5 points at 1263.5 with low volume. Hourly chart wise, price trading near the lower Bollinger band with the band width narrowing = side way downward biased market likely. MACD Histrogram continue to mark lower = selling activities taking place currently. More downside could be seen if Bollinger and starting to turn outward with higher volume or else market is like to stay side way range bound.

20091217 1234 FCPO Mid Day Hourly Chart Study.

FCPO traded strongly due to better soy oil and crude oil futures price ended the morning session up 22 points to closed at 2608. Price retraced back a little lower late morning after US dollar traded firmer against major currency. At last look, the last hourly candle bar closed above the middle Bollinger band with the band width keep expanding = bullish market still. The last MACD Histrogram shows a lower reading = trader locking in partial profit after price surged and reacting to the rebounding US dollar. Price has successfully break up and stay above the 2606 resistant line that now turned into immediate support level with the next immediate upside target rest at 2651 level. Need to monitor US dollar movement closely.
